A Family Tradition, Brought Back to Life
Bellissimo Fiore Farm is built on five generations of farming knowledge.
My mother grew up growing flowers alongside her parents. Both cultivated varieties and flowers that thrived naturally on the land. When she met my father, his poultry business took priority, and flower growing slowly faded into the background.
Years later, we brought it back.
Together, we returned to the land and revived what had once been part of our family’s daily life. She passed down what she learned growing up. How to work with the land, read the seasons, and grow with intention.
Today, our flowers are grown across 80 acres in the Catskill Hudson Valley, blending thoughtfully cultivated flowers with wild and naturalized varieties that belong here.
How We Grow
Our approach combines traditional cultivation with respect for what the land already offers.
We grow:
🌺Carefully cultivated flower varieties chosen for quality and seasonality
🌺Wild and naturalized flowers that thrive naturally on our land
🌺Pollinator-friendly plants that support a healthy ecosystem
This balance allows us to create bouquets that feel abundant, natural, and rooted in place without forcing uniformity or overproduction.
Farm-to-Table Flowers
We believe flowers should be grown the same way food is; locally, responsibly, and in season.
Our bouquets are:
🌷Grown and gathered on our farm
🌷Harvested by hand at peak freshness
🌷Designed around what’s blooming, not what ships best
Supporting our farm means supporting small agriculture, sustainable practices, and the preservation of working farmland.
